Nicole Dewey is a passionate instructor, who incorporates yoga into every day of her life. After graduating college with an advertising degree, she took a couple of months off to backpack, work with animals, and explore the world. Upon return she worked for awhile in the corporate world, but it didn't take long for her to realize that this path was not meant for her. Yoga had always been an enormous part of her life, so she got certified as a YAS yoga and spin instructor, and has recently begun her journey into teaching. She likes to take as many different types of classes as she can, to become the best, and most well-rounded instructor she can be. This year she is also undergoing the level two Corepower teacher training, to further develop her teaching skills and knowledge of this beautiful practice. Nicole enjoys getting people out of their minds and into their bodies, letting them breath and move and feel instead of think. She is also an avid athlete and addicted to sweating, so be prepared to get a great work out and push yourself to new limits each time!

• M-F 6am & 8pm at the gym.
• M-F 9am at the beach.
