This class is designed to target the trouble-areas we struggle with. We put on weight in these areas as we settle into our careers and lifestyle. That is why the Thighs, Butts, and Guts workout was created. This class involves the use of light weights along with higher repetitions to help you focus on muscular endurance and strengthen your abdomen.
This is a 50-minute-steady-paced group workout. You should start to notice a difference with your strength and physique in just 2 weeks.

Contemporary Jeet Kune Do!
Contemporary Jeet Kune Do consists mainly of the following arts: Muay
Thai, Brazilian Jujitsu, Savate, Wing Chun, Kali and Kina Mu Tai. It
is an extremely effective and simple street fighting cocktail that will
take your self-defense skills and self-confidence through the roof.
This curriculum is exactly the same one that the Seals
practiced. It is a no nonsense, straight to the point combat system
that deals with hand to hand, knife, improvised weapons and multiple
opponent scenarios. It is at the very forefront of progressive martial
arts for sure. It is also an insane workout so you will burn a lot of
calories while learning Martial Arts.

Beach Bootcamp!
BEACH BOOT CAMPS are weekly fitness classes that take place in the sand at Sunset Beach across the street from Evolve Gym on (PCH/Warner). The innovative beach boot camps are designed to challenge, excite and allow participants to go at their own pace in a beautiful outdoor environment. The use of sand bags, ropes, sports balls and other equipment are often incorporated into the boot camps. With fun cardio, strength-training and endurance circuits infused with sports and military-styled exercises, people of all fitness levels are invited to kick off their shoes and join the Evolve Gym Team every Saturday from 9-10am.
PARKING LOT BOOT CAMPS are monthly fitness classes that take place in the parking lot right outside Evolve Gym on (PCH/Warner). Similar to the beach boot camps, the use of equipment such as ropes, tires, weights and sports balls are incorporated into fun cardio, strength-training and endurance circuits infused with sports and military-styled exercises. All levels of fitness are encouraged to come, and participants can go at their own pace. Check our Calendar for updates each week.
